INTRODUCTION
Sai InfoSystem is a partnership firm jointly formed by Sai InfoSystem (India) Limited, a public limited company with 95% profit sharing and Mr. Sunil Kakkad with 5 % profit sharing ratio.
Sai InfoSystem (India) Limited (hereinafter referred to as SIS) an ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified company, is 3rd largest Systems Integrator in India & 1st in Gujarat State, commenced its operations as a proprietorship concern in the year 1992. SIS has its manufacturing unit at Parwanoo, Himachal Pradesh, India. The company is promoted by Mr. Sunil S. Kakkad and Mr. Vijay M. Mandora, both are technocrats having experience in varied fields of business.
Mr. Sunil Kakkad, the 2nd partner of Sai InfoSystem (partnership firm) is having wide experience in the Electronic and Tele-communication industry and holds the position of Chairman and Managing Director of Sai InfoSystem (India) Limited. He is having more than 15 years experience in the industry.
REGISTRATION SOUGHT UNDER STP SCHEME
The proposed project at the Software Technology Pork is for developing software and other allied IT and ITES services which will include software development and installation, BPO/KPO solutions and other services to cater to global demand of IT sector in general.
The above IT & ITES services primarily cater to the Government sector, commercial large establishments, big MNC and big corporate houses in India and abroad.
The project is part of the SIS Group's expansion path as envisioned by the promoters of the Group. The expansion programme is based on sound track record of the promoters and capability built-up. Sai InfoSystem possesses a strong knowledge and innovation capability to take on newer challenges in IT field.
In order to reap the benefits of the STPI Scheme initiated by the Government of India, Sai InfoSystem intends to set up its unit under the STPI Scheme.
LOCATION OF THE PROPOSED STPI UNIT
The location for the STPI Unit from where the activities of Sai Infosystem shall be carried out is "3rd Floor, Super Plaza, Near Sandesh Press Road, Vastrapur, Ahmedabad, Gujarat".
