Our Regional Office at Navrangpura is situated at busiest business locality and has 5000 sq. feet of area. Besides our Directors, staff members from administration, accounts, marketing and sales, logistics as well as software development department work from this office. Our Head Office at Goyal Plaza is spread across an area of 1500 sq. feet and houses inventory as well as part of administration department.
Our main support center at Goyal Park, Vastrapur, Ahmedabad has 450 sq. yd. of area at its' disposal and it takes care of in house as well as online support, co-ordination between our customers, our service engineers as well as our in house repairing center.
Most important part of all our operations is our PRODUCT CERTIFICATION LAB. It is equipped with 15 workstations, 5 servers and 4 qualified hardware engineers, who work round the clock and look after Online Certification of our products by various agencies. Our training center with sitting capacity of 25 people is also located in the support center which takes care of training of our technical as well as sales team.
Besides, we have 15 other Regional support centers spread through out the country to fulfill our commitment of the best possible service. This service centers are located at in strategic areas which make them easily accessible for our customers in terms of logistics. Moreover, all our offices and support centers are equipped with digital connectivity and latest communication facilities.
At Sai InfoSystem (India) Ltd. we have also understood importance of dedicated and trained human ware. Every member of Sai family is well qualified in the respective areas of their functional responsibilities and they thrive to upgrade their skills constantly through various training sessions, seminars as well as in house library.
