It also includes installing Database applications, updates, patches, and service packs, allocating system storage for the database, creating and maintaining user administration, performance tuning of the database application with respect to optimal memory and space.

Backup Services: It includes assisting in managing his data backup in a systematic manner after consulting the customer, assessing his backup requirements and administering data backup and restore processes. With this service the customer offloads all his data storage and archival worries onto the data centre engineers.
