The performance evaluation takes place every month and the relevant feedback is given to the employees to improve on the performance and thereby fulfil the expectation out the role handed over. The appraisal cycle is on annual basis wherein the employees are appraised in the starting of financial year.
An open platform for the employees to come up with the innovations and self creativity is provided in SIS. A democratic decision making is practiced in SIS where the team members are involved in the discussion and their consent/opinion is given due respect on the deciding parameters.
